We do not adopt a “one size fits all” approach to conveyancing, and will advise you which searches and enquiries are actually necessary for your property. If there are problems which cannot be readily overcome, we work with a number of insurers who can usually provide insurance cover at modest premiums to resolve matters, many of which can be arranged in a matter of minutes.
As well as sales and purchases there are many other transactions possible with land and buildings, from refinancing to transfers between owners - we can help with any of these.
